Incorporates the same lessons as the Stress Management workshop but focused on how to incorporate these lessons with optimal customer service
Participants will learn:
How to manage stress better;
How to handle difficult customers bettter;
The value of practicing kindness and compassion toward others (can improve health and decrease sick days);
How effective stress management can improve your overall quality of life at work as well as effectiveness and performance.
