Stress Management for Executives and Employees

 A Mind/Body Approach to Stress Management

 

Timely advice and strategies for navigating turbulent times. Fun, practical, experiential workshop.

 

The Mission: To inspire and empower (through experiences, tools and techniques) the participants to create daily practices for successful stress management, health, and happiness; these daily practices can enhance work performance, interpesonal skills, and personal well-being.

 

 Participants will learn:

  • To identify their strengths and how best to apply them;
  • The difference between "good" stress and "bad" stress
  • How to decrease "bad" stress and harness "good" stress.
  • To identify when stress is hurting your body versus helping    you perform better;
  • -Focusing and stress reduction tools that can improve work satisfaction and performance; 
  • Thinking habits that can help buffer you from destructive stress and increase resiliency.  
  • Realistic optimism skills that promote resiliency and wellness.

Teambuilding 

This workshop is educational, fun and interactive. 

 Participants learn: 

 

  • How to identify their individual and collective strengths and how to make the most of them;
  • To identify the communication styles of others to build more effective teamwork;
  • How to work more cooperatively, effectively and efficiently with co-workers;
  • Clarify and align purpose and mission of team, specific project, or company.                         

 

Assessment tools (MMPI-2 and the Pace Palette) help to idenify personality and communication style.

Learn the behaviors, atttitudes, and thinking habits that can increase or decrease your chances of developing heart disease.

Executive Coaching

 

Assessment and evaluation of managers and executives being considered for promotion with follow up coaching if needed.

 

Individualized stress management, peak performance and resiliency training; leadership training.

 

Includes personality assessment and feedback.

 

May include interviews with co-workers, managers, and supervisors for additional feedback evaluation and re-direction.

 

Customer Service Training 

Good customer service and stress management go together.

Incorporates the same lessons as the Stress Management workshop but focused on how to incorporate these lessons with optimal customer service

Participants will learn:

  • How to manage stress better;
  • How to handle difficult customers bettter;  
  • The value of practicing kindness and compassion toward others (can improve health and decrease sick days);
  • How effective stress management can improve your overall quality of life at work as well as effectiveness and performance.
